help me please

Netman

When I try to create a network installation with Office 2000 I am getting an
error: The windows installer service could not be accessed. This can occur
when you are running in safe mode, or the windows installer is not
correctely installed. Contact support personel for service.

What does this mean. I am going through the command prompt typing
g:\setup.exe /a data1.msi
Can someome please help.

The problem was that the installer service was lower than the one that I
curently had so I just reinstalled the version 1.0 and it worked fine.
