Help me please.

I have a big problem with my disk. If U look at the picture.
If I want to convert to basic disk all the data will be lost.
I can not see the disk in explorer or anywhere. What should I do

For some reason I cannot access that server. It may because have just now
registered. Can you describe what the UI shows?

I tried the server again tonight and I still get an error that I don't have
access.
