HI woundering any could help me!! i just install NIS (
norton internet security) back found a lot of bugs but
after installing it the windows wouldn't allow me to
access any files,folders, icons and etc. could any person
help me to fix this problem. so then i can access my
folders.
 
If you could write a sentence and puncuate it, then we would be sure you
could read a response we might offer.

OK, I've read it - a dozen times - but I still can't understand what in
Hades you're blathering on about. Come back when you've passed remedial
English.

Please un-install NIS - completely.
Go through a cycle of Reboot and Login three
or four times to allow WinXp to optimise its
Startup.
Does WinXp now work?
If it does, get your money back!
