Help Me, I need to know how to network Win Me w/2000

I'm trying to network a windows Me computer with my
Windows 2000 Machine. Every time we go to the shared
computer there is no files, Every time they see me they
are prompted for a password Please Help. what are we
doing wrong or not doing at all
 
You'll need to create a user on the win2000 PC with the same user as that on
the winME

You can using "administrator" as your user name and no
password required if you didn't preset the password. it's
should be work.
