HELP ME-i messed up

hi,i deleted some pics/junk from my documents screen and
at the top were some folders,so i opened them,seen they
were empty,so i deleted them,,now i cannot open a pic at
all,windows cannot find file assoc.,i believe.the little
box under under the file name stays blank when try to
browse,,,pls help me ,ty
 
When you delete a folder or files, they go to the Recycle Bin. Open the
Recycle Bin from your desktop. What you deleted should be listed there.
Right click on it and click on Restore on the opening menu. Everything will
go back to the original location and you will be able to open it.

try recycle bin, if not there try restore.
