Help me get rid of about:page

Somehow my sister's computer has gotten about:page has her
homepage. This about page is filled with a research page
featuring medicines, ads, porn sites, etc. Each time I
change the homepage, and leave internet explorer, the
homepage will revert to the same about page. Anyone with
this problem, and how can I get rid of it for her?
 
In Microsoft AntiSpyware, go to Advance Tools > Browser Restore, check
"Start Page" in the right pane at the bottom, choose "change URL
Settings..." link and type in the desired Start page url link you want and
click ok.

Restart the computer in safe mode, open Microsoft AntiSpyware, on the scan
page choose scan options > Full System Scan > (check boxes below) > click
"Run Scan Now".
