help me get iexplore.exe back

I some how lost my iexplore.exe file and can not get it
back. I have tried downloading IE again because it
supposedly contains the file but was not successful in
getting iexplore.exe back. Can someone please help me?
 
I would be grateful to hear of a solution as I have the
same problem.

Please help.
