band with please explain me clearly, how to measure the internet consuming,

"Bandwidth" is the speed at which data signals move between any two points.
e.g. if you have a 56k dialup modem, you might access the 'net at 50kbpS.
That would be your bandwidth. For DSL etc., it's basically the same thing.

There are many places on the 'net that can measure your bandwidth for you.
speedtest.com is one of them; there are many others.
