Help: MAPI can't find PSTPRX.DLL

Hi there

Can anyone suggest how I can make outlook 2002 work
properly. Everytime I press send/receive it says MAPI can
not locate PSTPRX.DLL. I have done search and it is not
on my computer. Please can anyone assist?
