HELP MAKING INTO A DVD

I downloaded Super softwawre to convert my MM file into a compatible file for
home DVD use but I don't exactly know what I'm doing with it. Does anyone
know the easiest way to turn my MM movies into DVD's viewable on most
standard DVD players without loss of quality?
