HELP! Major problems opening pdf file!

I have no problem opening pdf files that arrive as e-mail attachments in Outlook. Likewise, I have no problem opening pdf files that show up through a Google search. So, what's the problem?

My husband cannot open pdf files in his msn.com account on our home PC... although he can open the identical files on his business PC. Therefore, he is CONVINCED that I have done SOMETHING to his e-mail account settings on our home PC. If I have, it was certainly not deliberate.

Has anyone ever heard of this problem? I guess I don't have to ask you NOT to suggest trying to use "Help" at msn.com! (AdobeReader has no answers, either.) If I can figure this out, I will be quite the hero!
 
Tell your husband that you HAVE done something to it, and you are not going to fix it until he helps more around the house/takes you out for dinner etc etc. :-)
