This is the Outlook newsgroup, not Outlook Express, post there. Ensure
you specify your operating system and version of Outlook Express as very
few readers there have crystal balls.

Maybe in installing Office you configured Outlook (a completely different
program to Outlook Express) and in doing so, imported your msgs/folders from
Outlook Express?
Open Outlook (Office Outlook) and see if the data is there.

You're misinterpreting what you see. Installiing Office will in no way affect
the contents you have in Outlook Express. Supply details of what you see in a
post in one of the Outlok Express newsgroups.

hey jj ,

find the path outlook express mailbox file (pst) i think under c:\doucments
& settings\user\ application data ?

open outlook and run the import wizard pointing it to this path.

Sorry, but this is flat-out wrong. Outlook Express does not use PST files, it
uses DBX files. Moreover, neither PSTs nor DBX files reside in the folder you
name. Unless you're reasonable sure of what you intend to post, please don't
or you'll only confuse people with incorrect information.
