Help - LOST DRIVE

I have a CD / DVD drive on my Laptop.

However, the drive letter does not appear when I go to Windows Explorer.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Is it displayed in Disk Management? Start, Control Panel, Administrative
Tools, Computer Management, Disk Management.

This is sometimes an effect caused by loose connections. Try reseating the
drive.

Does it appear in the system BIOS?
