HELP !!Lost data in my calendar...can it be recovered?

Yesterday while working with my cell company to hook up wireless sync between
my phone and pc, the cell overrided my pc and wiped out all events in my
calendar except "recurring" events.

Please tell me there is someplace on my pc where yesterdays calendar is
stored/saved so I can install it. HELP!

There is a place only if you make daily backups of your Outlook folders.
Sync changes are permanent.
