Windows XP [Help!] Looking for pure RTF-to-HTML and HTML-to-RTF conversion tool

Hello,

Am looking for a tool that will convert a given text of RTF or HTML format to HTML or RTF format respectively. Haven't come across any on my radar. Any idea?

I think, i've seen one that does HTML-to-RTF conversion, but not vice versa. Please don't mention Microsoft Word. They create more problem than solving the problem...

I know you said don't... but Word can convert it and then Macromedia Dreamweaver can clean up all of the nasty word tags (thats what I've done in the past!).
