I have set up a server 2003 , with, inter alia, Domain controller and
Terminal services roles. I cannot make the server allow anyone other than
Administrator to log on and get the error message "Local Policy settings do
not permit users to log on interactively" I have followed all the guidance
in the help and suppport, and added Users, Everyone and other to the Allow
Local Log on policy and with the Deny local log on policy I have tried it
blank and undefined, and nothing seems to work, can anyone help?

I think you're in the wrong policy - this is the domain contoller policy,
IIRC.

Comment/question -since this is a domain controller, you should not be
using it as a terminal server. Users cannot by default log into domain
controllers, and they should not be allowed to. What's your goal here?
Terminal Services should be run on a dedicated member server only.
