Help installing a game

I tried installing a game but when you click on it, it
flashes up then goes away. I have had this game installed
before. I have installed other games no problem and have
restarted my computer but still does not work. Can you
please help. Thanks. Also are you able to reply to my
email adress at school. Thanks.
