We wish to add a calendaring (scheduling) utility in our order handling
program, where different users log in and see there task list for the day.
New tasks can be entered in three ways:
- tasks can be created by users themselves
- Other users assign the task to their colleagues.
- automatically tasks are created according to business process.
We wish to take use of Outlook for this work, but we do not know much about
how to program outlook. Can somebody please suggest a book?
Also could you tell if following thing is possible?
For every task entered in the task list, there should be a result (after the
work has been done). The result comes from a predefined combo list.
Is it possible to make it in Outlook?
