Hello, Im Shane , 29 years old and am pretty good at computers but I am
stumped. I need to uninstall the MSI Windows installer 2.0 and re-install it
because its corrupted and keeps requesting records from a non existant E:\
Drive. How do I do this. What files do I need to delete to be able to
install a fresh copy on Win XP PRO. As I said its corrupted and nothing
installs. I need to fix this, please help.

Hello, I have 3 computers set up on a network hub, connected to Cable
modem. I have been running 2 for a year in this fashion. Both have XP
Pro. I hooked the third one up (also XP PRO) and I can access the network
with the computer, but I cant connect to the internet with it. I have undid
the proxy config thing and I have also done other related things...trying to
troubleshoot, including putting in a different 10/100 card and same
problem. Firewall is off. Nothing else installed but XP PRO. Have run the
network setup wizard many times and still nodda. I dont get it. Please
any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try this Shane..
Log on to your computer as an administrator.
Click Start, and then click Run.
In the Open box, type cmd, and then click OK.
At the command prompt, type msiexec.exe /unregister, and then press ENTER.
Type msiexec /regserver, and then press ENTER.
If that fails then go to Installshields page and follow suggestions there
