Help in Custom shell program

Hi,
I have a dialog application with few buttons as a custom shell.
When I hit the Esc button (sane as the Cancel button), the applications
exits, and imediatly start again.
I want this option and I don't remember how I made it to work like this.
As I see in my application code there is no special code to do this.
I think that this done by some settings in the target designer.

Please help me to how I can reproduce this feature.

Look at cmiWlxAutoRestartShell value in Minlogon advanced settings.
