HELP IE Freezes

Has anyone ran into this before: When I go to a new page with ads, and one
of the ads says "missing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!", and my browser freezes. I see
a little yellow yeild sign with an exclamation point in my status bar and it
reads "loading", but everything else stops. Can anyone explain what is going
on? I run McAfee and Microsoft Antispyware. Yes, I have posted this once
before, but I was not technically able to run the malware solution he
suggested. I would really like to hear from someone who has dealt with this
and get an explanation of what is happening. Thanks!
