Help ID an USB ATI video capture card

I have an external USB video capture card from ATI but don't know how to identify it. The model printed
on it's label has been destroyed. The device has a red transparent box and the only I can see is N625.
It has 3 holes for conecting a S-Video, Line in and IR it's about 5x2.5x1 inches. I would like you write me

Welcome to the forums.

Firstly your System spec and operating system software is needed for our future reference.

Secondly, does the operating sytem you are using not recognise the device when you plug it in?

Third have you been to ATI's website to try and identify the device?

I suggest you do all the above before we progress.

And one more thing. Deleting your email address is a good idea aswell!! All contact with these problems are done via this forum so others can read and try to resolve their problems too.
