My card got moved with the power on and now I'm getting screen
artifacts and my 3d is all weird. I think the BIOS got currupted so I
need someone with the same card to give me a copy of theirs.

The part Number is 113-73701-101
The BIOS revision is BK0.0.0 VR001.001.000.055.002.026.001 d4mix
You can see the BIOS revision number in Display Properites > Advanced
I don't need the exact same BIOS just one for the same kind of card.

The utility for getting the BIOS is a windows program so you won't
have to reboot or anything.

Thats unlikely to be BIOS related as when the machine is up and running in
windows (using 3D) the drivers take over and the VGA BIOS has little to do
with it. There are different BIOS versions for the PAL/SECAM card or the
NTSC version - which is yours (the part number means little to me)?

The 3d problems are kinda minor, the main symptom that points to a
BIOS problem is that the VGA fonts are badily currupted, but each
letter of the alphabet is currutped in its own way. For example an 'x'
is always currupted in the same way.

Mine is a NTSC version, am I correct in assuming that you own one of
these cards? If so here is a link for that utility if you don't have
it already:

Mines a PAL/SECAM one which has a different BIOS - no use to you. The
version thats on mine is one I saved from a "fixed" card ATI sent me. I used
the standard ATI dos utility and process to flash it - worked like a charm.
