Stop your whining, learn how to use punctuation and to make sense when you
ask for help. Would you go to the auto repair place and complain about having
to pay for repairs to your 6 year old car, get serious Microsoft is out there
to make money, not to give things away for free.

You can easily do a google search and find answers for problems like this,
and not have to put up with people like me. Did you have a firewall in place
and operating? it's possible you got infected by the blaster worm, which
would cause this.
Never connect to the internet without having a GOOD and working
firewall/antivirus.

I built my own computer about 12 years ago.
I purchased windows xp home oem, installed it, and activated it.

Later, my computer mother board burnt up.
I built another pc out of spare parts, installed my xp home oem
on this new machine, went through the setup and installed fine,
activated with microsoft fine.

I installed SP1. Now, the computer restarts again to the log on
screen, over and over. It does this every time I go to log
on. It won't let you restore to a last known good configuration.
Tell me what to do.

Microsoft support wants money, since this is an OEM version
of software. They can't help me unless I dig down in my pocket and
pull out my money.

A "repair install" is one way to make the computer work again.

http://www.michaelstevenstech.com/XPrepairinstall.htm

This instruction page, is a little easier on the eyes.

http://helpdesk.its.uiowa.edu/windows/instructions/repairinstall.htm

A repair install returns the computer OS to the original state it
had when first installed. Then, you have to add Service Packs,
Security Updates (Windows Update) and so on. But none of your
other (non-Microsoft) installed software would be upset. If you
had a copy of Photoshop, you wouldn't have to reinstall it. But things
like that newer copy of Internet Explorer you installed, might be
affected as well. So some Microsoft software might need to be
reinstalled.

Or, you could try pressing F8 function key, early in the OS boot
process, and see if it will boot in "Safe Mode". Perhaps you can do
something from there, like uninstall SP1 ?
