Help, I can't get any nonsecure sites

Since our last install of IE updates, we can't open any
nonsecure websites. Anyone know what to do? Thanks!
 
This happened to me recently. What worked for me was
going to Internet Options->Connections. There I selected
Settings and unchecked Use a proxy server for this
connection. That cleared my problem up.
