HELP, I cannot use the "open in new window" tool.

When I click either File, New or Right Click/Open In New
Window, IE6 closes the previous window and opens a new
one. Anyone that knows what is causing this PLEASE HELP!

Tools>InetOpts>Advanced>Browsing>Reuse windows... (uncheck).
