help i am unable to open attachments

i get a message saying OE has removed access to the
following unsafe attachments
 
Hi Julie -

If this is only happening on select messages, it means that your email has
found what it thinks to be an unsafe attachment - such as a script or exe
that can contain malicious code and harm your computer. This is a built in
security feature in your software.
