Help I am getting Runtime error on IE

I have the following site save as my bookmark:

http://www.microsoft.com/security/malwareremove/default.mspx

Today I clicked on this site and then followed the instructions. It asked
whether you want to install the following software
Microsoft Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool

After clicking on "Install" then I get Runtime error C++ on IE

This is getting very annoying

I downloaded it to local PC and it's currently running.

Did you download it or are you trying to run it in the browser?
