Help - HTTP:// problem.

Hi - in Internet Explorer 6.0 (Windows 2000) if I go to
the address bar and just type in the addi Iwant without
having 'http://' infront of it (i.e. www.hotmail.com) the
browser just sits there for anything from 10 to 20 seconds
and then ..... goes to the page in question? If I do not
want to wait then I can type the 'http://' infront and it
immeditalely goes to the page I want? Since downloading
SP4 this appears to have been happening to me - can u help
as it is extremely annoying (and I know tht I can leave
off the www. and then hit CTRL and ENTER too :)).

Am I the only one having such a problem? Anyone know a
good email addi for microsoft so that I can bring this to
someone's attention?
