Help - HTML email format lost after reading in outlook 2003

Dear All,

I had a very weird problem for one of our user's email. Some of the
emails from Taiwen can show properly in HTML format with tables in
first read. After that, when he reads that email again, the format
lost and it can only be read as Plain Text. But same email has no
problem for other recipients.

He tried webemail for the exchange server, reinstall the outlook. But
the problem still there.
Also tried using word for edit and view email.

Have you tried creating a new outlook profile for the user?

Reason found: problem of AVG email scan. Disable it, it works fine
now.
