Help! HP deskjet 3940

I recently buyed a hp deskjet 3940
it doesn't installs!
it shows a message of
that it requires a unires.dll.

thank you for ur cooperation.

PS : my computer`s korean and they say that it doesn`t work here.

still not working..

thx, i got that program
but still it pops up with unires.dll (and i found this in the windows folder!)
and now is unidrv.hpl
still not working..
