I have recently set up a home network. Everything was
fine until I used the Network Setup Wizard. Before
renaming the current Workgroup from "Workgroup" to "Home"
I was able to see other PCs on the network. One being my
work notebook. After re-naming my workgroup to "Home" now
I can only see my desktop PC. I want to get back to where
I can see all the PCs again without having to make
changes to each PC. I dont think I would be able to
modify the notebook from work due to the way it is
configured and probably wouldnt want to. I would like to
either un-do the changes I made or to delete or re-name
the workgroup such that it is the same as before. I try
to do so under Control Panel -> System -> Computer Name,
but when I delete the workgroup name and leave it bank it
wont allow me to continue. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

You should be able to see machines on multiple workgroups.
Go to the link to view the entire network.
Then you should see all the workgroups.
Each workgroup should then contain it's members.

If you want to put it back to how it was, then re-set the
workgroup name to 'workgroup'.
You can't leave it blank.
