help!how to export and import services?

How can I export a service from one computer and import it to the other
computer?
My computer's operating system is a reduced windows xp.
But I want to add some useful windows system services from another computer
to it.
How can I do it?

windows system services such as "Wireless Zero Configuration" ,the exe file
is "C:\WINDOWS\System32\svchost.exe -k netsvcs"
