My PC is overheating and I'm worried the thing is goiong to crash. How
can I make a complete archive on one PC with OUtlook XP and move it
over to another PC with Outlook XP? I want to copy all of my folders,
inbox mail, sent mail, etc. I have something like 2000 e-mails spread
over somehting like 50 folders, all nested into each other. I don't
want to just save my PST file, I really need to just get a complete
duplicate so I can start using the folders again, which I rely on all
day everyday...

Send quick replies if you have some advice for me to

Assuming all your folders are in the same set of Personal Folders, copying
that file and reusing it later should preserve all your data. Look at the
following two articles for help with this -- one is a primer on Outlook
files, and the other gives instructions for moving to a new Outlook 2002
machine.
