in this fews days, when i open my laptop, the windows fail to open.then after i
try for many many times,i managed to open.but in not more than 10 min,a blue
screen appear n the windows shuts down.wat should i do?i din install anything
lately but i had increase the ram of my laptop.when the windows check for
solution,it ask me to do a memory test.but after i finish, the test din shows
any error n the problem appear again.
Please help me...

What happens if you take the additional memory stick out? If the machine
works fine with just your old memory in, but 'blue screens' when you install
another memory stick then the new memory may be at fault. You might also
download Memtest (http://www.memtest.org/) and try testing your memory with
that. With memory problems a 'quick' check doesn't always pull up problems
you usually have to have these tests running for hours.
