When I run the program, it display Error Message as Follow

Error Code: 80072EF
Message: A Request to send data to the running IIS has failed. Fr More information, see HRESULT [,,,,,
Minor Err : 2803
Source : Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Windows CE editio

The I try to type "http://William/SQLCE/ssecsa20.dll in Emulator IE, It prompt me to enter the network username and
password ?? Then it Display

HTTP 401.1 - Unauthorized: Logon Fail Internet Information Service

What username and password I need to provide if
1. I use windows authentication, how abou

Your IIS configuration is not correct. Give access to the correct user ...
not your login for the database but the user... like ASP.NET user or Domain
USER.... or a Domain group...
