Reboot into safe mode (Reboot and keep tapping F8 then
choose safe mode from the list)
Open Add/Remove screen from control panel and remove
these if found:

Also Check c:drive "Program Files" folder for the names
and remove them if found.

This is the Windows Downloaded Program Files folder,
Right click every entry in this list and press
Properties . If its genuine it will tell you clearly who
put it there under "CodeBase", If you cannot verify its
genuine then right click the entry and choose Remove, If
it was genuine then it would have the site address like
Java, Microsoft, Apple etc.. if you remove it then it
will easily download again next time you visit the site ,
If its malicious it would make it easier for the junk to
download malware to your system.
Run MS Antispy on a full system scan and remove anything
found
Then use Ccleaner like Plun Suggests to clear temp files,
Or use disk cleanup (Start Menu >Run > Type cleanmgr )
and place checks next to Temporary files and recycle bin
then press ok
Then Reboot back to normal mode and make sure the system
is clean
