HELP!! Help needed re. POP / SMPT server stuff

I don't know what to put in the POP etc., bit when trying to set up my email
account using Windows Mail, just bought a new pc, and although I can connect
to the internet, I can't sort out my emails, please HELP!
 
Contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider) for the information.
Same setup as XP's Outlook Express.
