I am not au fait with computers just yet which is why i am scratching my head
at this one.....
I have been on cable broadband for about 3 weeks. Up until about a week ago
i was able to go into the yahoo chat room without worry, now after about 5
mins i get a message 'Internet explorer has encountered a problem and needs
to close down' it doesnt give a chance to send an error message. After
looking in the application event log i saw that it has an error ID 1000 and
symbolic name ER_USERCRASH i have no idea what this means but the same thing
happens with the msn browser as well.
normal web activity is not affected....please help and in simple terms
