HELP HELP HELP System Error!

I am having a problem. Whenever I start playing my games, and I pause them, my computer crashes. I get a stop error for about 2 seconds, then it reboots. I checked the logfile, and it said it was a System error, giving me parameters, and saying it was an event number 102. I looked that up on TechNet, it gave me no info. I need help! I have got a new video card, new HD, PSU, and plenty more

P4 2.80 800FSB, HT Enable
1024MB RAM (DDR400
DVD-ROM, CD-Burne
Windows XP Professiona
NVIDIA Geforce FX 5200 Ultra (PNY Verto
