HELP header attachments

I believe that when I send emails, Outlook sometimes
attaches an explorer "header.htm (1kb)" (that is blank
when opened). I know because people are writing back
asking what I attached, because they see the attachment,
open it, and there is nothing. What am I doing wrong?

are you using word as your editor and have a header defined in word?
