The "guarantee" you refer to is for posts made by registered MSDN
subscribers using a special alias registered with MSDN Support.
Other posts do not fall under the "guarantee". As this is a public
newsgroup, *anybody* can post questions or answers here, and most posters
are not MSDN subscribers. Most questions are answered by people willing to
take the time to help, not by Microsoft employees.

If you are an MSDN subscriber, you need to first register your special
posting alias, then post using that alias. That will get you an answer from
MSDN support.

Go to www.msdn.com then sign in using you ID, then select the link to
Managed Newsgroups.
