Help for 2 DC cannot synchronize

We have 2 DC in a directory service in my office. So far we have not any
problem but till to last monday, I discovered slave DC which lost connection
from master DC, and I cannot open AD service in slave DC, otherwise no
problem in master DC.

Please all w2k MVP & expert to help me.

Check your system time on both servers. They must be
within 5 minutes.
