help find desktop pics

i have posted severawl times to XPGeneral but my messages are not being
posted for some reason..
my question is where do i find the jpg/bmp files that are shown in the
scroll down list in control
panel/display/desktop??? I know the ones in"my
pictures" are there but where are the ones that came with thecomputer???
