Help Files Won't Load

When I click on my Help and Support Icons nothing
happens. I've lost access to my help files in multiple
programs. I have no other problems on my system. I just
can't access my help files in windows, office, publisher
etc. Any suggestions?

Try "Fix XP HELP" at Doug's site, linked below. Click on XP-FIXES.
