Help files for Excel 2000

Your assistance please...

I have Excel 2000 on my home computer but don't have the help files for vb.
Can someone kindly give me the names of those files so that I can copy
and transplant them. (When Gateway reloaded my machine they failed to
include the help and I don't have the discs.)

But I do have both 97 & 2000 at work...

Office 97 help files have suffix ".hlp"

But there are something like 15 such files in my 97 Office folder and only
3 in my 2k Office folder.

I was hoping to determine which ones to take. Or should I take them all?
