help files don't work

I had a copy of Office XP SBE installed on a Dell, it was
working well but I needed Access. I installed Office 2000
Pro and now have no help files.

I have tried removing both versions then reinstalling XP
SBE, still no luck. When I press F1 I get and empty dialog
box titled either "Microsoft Word help" or "Microsoft
Excel help".

Any ideas
 
Not used this version, but it may be that you have to do a custom
install to get the help files (not installed by default).

If I am correct, all you need to do is re-run install (without
removing anything) and find the option to add the files.
