I AM UNABLE TO ACCESS THE HELP FILES IN INTERNET EXPLORER
6.

WHEN I CLICK ON HELP, THE DROP DOWN MENU APPEARS. BUT
THEN WHEN I CLICK ON "CONTENTS AND INDEX" NOTHING
HAPPENS! The problem is only with Internet Explorer. All
other program Helps work fine!

Hi,

Did you try a Repair from Control Panel, Add/Remove Software?

Kind regards

I don't see the REPAIR option. The only thing listed is
one of the updates to IE (Q828750). If I click on that,
it asks if I want to uninstall Q828750.

This apparently happened after a windows update.
To fix the problem, find the Tshoot.inf file which should be in
c:\windows\inf, right click
on it and select Install from the popup list. Have your Win cd on hand.
