Help Exporting Emails

Does anyone know how to export messages from one computer,
to another. (This is in outlook express). I need to
transfer whole files folders of emial from my old computer
to my new one. Is there a way to do this? When I tried
the export command I get an error that says: "An error
occurred when Initializing MAPI" what does this mean?
