Help eliminating automaticly Name, address when filling out forms

After I enter my name, address and other information on
froms for entering sweepstakes, it is automatically saved
when I go to another sweeps to enter my information. How
can one fix it so that my NAZ wont be saved.

Tools | Internet Option | Content | AutoComplete and make the changes you
want.

Disable AutoComplete forms. Go to Tools > Options > Contents >
AutoComplete. Uncheck forms and passwords. Click OK.
 
Keep all the others, all you have to do is highlight the naz and press the
del key it will be removed.
